There is great beauty in the environments we create around ourselves. We spend our lives cocooned in metal, wood, stone, and glass.  These materials take on a life of their own.  Our cities and towns have a music and a motion.  A rhythm and energy that ultimately comes from within us.  At the same time many of us try to insulate ourselves from not only the world we create, but also the people around us that help us to create it.  Although we may feel that we are, or may even want to be... we are not separate from our creations and the larger world.  We are one with them.
